Problematika organizace tenisového turnaje Prosperita Open

Abstract

V této práci se zabývám hlavními problémy organizace tenisového turnaje Prosperita Open a v případě nedostatků se snažím navrhnout vhodné řešení, které by pomohlo při organizování turnaje a případně při eliminací možných problémů. V první části definuji základní ekonomické pojmy a v druhé části rozpracovávám dílčí kroky organizování turnaje. Používám také SWOT analýzu, kterou aplikuji na turnaj, a zjišťuji tak silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby turnaje. Vyhodnocení výsledků využívám pro tvorbu doporučení a návrhů, ve kterých uvádím místa, ve kterých má turnaj rezervy, jenž by vedly k jeho zdokonalení a zvýšení kvality.

In this work I deal with the major problems of organizing Prosperita Open tennis tournament and, if deficiencies try to propose a suitable solution that would help in organizing the tournament and possibly in the elimination of potential problems. In the first section define basic economic terms and in the second part elaborate sectional steps of organizing tournaments. Using a SWOT analysis, which is applied to the tournament, and I find the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of tournament. Evaluation results is used for making recommendations and suggestions, in which I mention the place where the tournament reserve, which would lead to further melioration and quality improvement.
