Efektivita systému interní komunikace ve vybrané firmě

Abstract

Hlavním tématem mé bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit efektivitu systému interní interpersonální komunikace ve vybrané organizaci. V organizaci byl na daném oddělení neurochirurgie realizován průzkum, kdy se pomocí anonymní dotazníkové metody získala potřebná data pro analýzu firemní komunikace uvnitř organizace. Z analýzy takto získaných dat vyplynulo, že ve vnitrofiremní komunikace na oddělení neurochirurgie je celkem dobře nastavena. Podařilo se však identifikovat komunikační bariéry, které její efektivitu snižují. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je odhalit nedostatky v interpersonální komunikaci mezi jednotlivými pracovníky na oddělení neurochorurgie. Pokusila jsem se navrhnout postupy vedoucí ke zkvalitnění přenosu informací, jejich rychlosti bez případného zkreslení a prohloubit tak týmovou spolupráci. Tyto mé nové poznatky mohou vést k lepšímu analyzování informací a tím přispět ke zlepšení sociálního klimatu na daném oddělení a zvýšit tak spokojenost, která je ku prospěchu všech, nejen pracovníků, ale i samotných pacientů. Veškeré výsledky mé bakalářské práce, moje návrhy a doporučení jsem osobně předala hodnocené organizaci přímo do rukou vrchní sestry oddělení neurochirurgie. Věřím, že předané materiály pomohou na daném oddělení odstranit zjištěné bariéry v komunikaci, a tak zvýšit efektivitu práce na daném oddělení, a tím i její produktivitu.

The main theme of my thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of internal interpersonal communication in a selected organization. There was a survey conducted in the selected organization´s neurosurgery department, by using an anonymous questionnaire method which obtained necessary data for the analysis of communication within the organization. An analysis of the data showed that the internal communication in the department of neurosurgery is set up well, althought I managed to identify communication barriers that reduce its effectiveness.

The aim of this thesis is to highlight shortcomings in the interpersonal communication among staff in the neurosurgery department. I suggested ways to improve the information transmission and information speed without any distortion which thereby improve teamwork. These suggestions can lead to better analysis of information and thereby contribute to improving the social climate within the department, thus increasing satisfaction, which benefits all, not just staff but also the patients themselves.

I have handed all thesis results, suggestions and recommendations directly into the hands of the head nurse of the department of neurosurgery. I believe that the submitted materials will help the department eliminate the barriers in communication, and thus increase the efficiency of the department, and its productivity.
