Analýza managementu házenkářského klubu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou managementu házenkářského klubu. Cílem práce je zaměřit se na způsob fungování klubu, jeho finanční situaci a následně provést analýzu na základě vytvořené Swot analýzy a standardizovaného rozhovoru. Teoretickou část jsem věnovala jednotlivým pojmům problematiky týkající se tématu mé bakalářské práce, které mi pak sloužily ke zpracování praktické části. V praktické části jsem nejprve představila klub, ke kterému se práce vztahuje, jeho historii, a pak jsem postupně vylíčila problematiku managementu a financování klubu, k jejichž zjištění jsem použila metodu swot analýzy a provedla rozhovor s prezidentkou SHK - Kunovice, se kterou jsem ostatně po celou dobu zpracování na mé práci spolupracovala.

Bachelor thesis deal with analysis of handball team management. Goal is to focus on functioning, financial situation and further more provide analysis based on Swot analysis and standardized interview. The research section is devoted to individual concepts and issues relating to the topic of my thesis, which I then served for the practical part. In the practical part, at first I introduced club to which the work relates and its history. Then I gradually recounted the problems of management and financing of the club.
