Tým a týmová práce

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá týmem Sboru dobrovolných hasičů Ostrava-Radvanice a jeho týmovou prácí. První část práce popisuje charakteristické rysy týmu a základní principy týmové práce. V další části jsou analyzovány podmínky pro týmovou práci v organizaci, vztahy mezi členy týmu, komunikace mezi týmem a jeho vedoucím a funkčnost týmové spolupráce hasičů. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je zjištění, že týmová práce Sboru dobrovolných hasičů Ostrava-Radvanice dobře funguje. Avšak navrhnutá doporučení v závěrečné části bakalářské práce mohou vést ještě k dalšímu zefektivnění jejich týmové práce.

This bachelor thesis has as it´s main theme teamwork of volunteer fire company from Ostrava-Radvanice. The first part of the thesis discribes team characteristics and basic principles of their teamwork. Another part analyzes the conditions of the teamwork in the organisation, team members and their relationships, the communication with team leader and the functionality of the firemen teamwork. The result of the bachelor thesis reveals good operation in the teamwork of volunteer fire company Ostrava-Radvanice. Nevertheless the final recommendations could be used as increasing of their additional teamwork effectivity.
