Trh práce v mikroregionu Krnov

Abstract

Trh práce a politika zaměstnanosti je součástí hospodářské politiky každého státu. Politika zaměstnanosti nejen na celostátní, ale také na regionální úrovni by měla přispět ke zlepšení situace na tomto trhu práce. Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat stav a vývoj trhu práce v mikroregionu Krnov, jak ze strany poptávky po práci, tak ze strany nabídky práce a seznámit se s fungováním politiky zaměstnanosti v mikroregionu Krnov, dále meziročně porovnat údaje související s trhem práce v mikroregionu a nastínit problémy daného trhu práce plynoucí nejen z hospodářské krize, a zároveň nastínit návrhy a doporučení, které by mohly přispět ke zlepšení současného stavu na trhu práce v mikroregionu. Diplomová práce je členěna do šesti kapitol, včetně úvodu a závěru. Teoretické souvislosti trhu práce jsou rozebrány ve druhé kapitole a věnují se obecnému vymezení fungování trhu práce z pohledu poptávky po práci, nabídky práce a jejich vzájemné rovnováhy. Třetí kapitola se zabývá analýzou trhu práce v mikroregionu Krnov. Je zde nastíněna obecná charakteristika mikroregionu ze strany poptávky po práci, nabídky práce a nastínění problémů trhu práce v mikroregionu. Ve čtvrté kapitole je uvedena politika zaměstnanosti v regionu. Je zde rozebrána role pasivní i aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, přičemž aktivní politice zaměstnanosti je věnováno více prostoru. Pátá kapitola se věnuje návrhům a doporučením, která by měla pomoci zmírnit problémy trhu práce v mikroregionu.

Labour market and employment policy is part of the economic policies of each state. Employment policy not only at national but also at regional level should help to improve the situation on the labor market. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the state and labor market developments in the microregion Krnov both labor demand and supply-side work and get acquainted with the operation of employment policies in the microregion Krnov further year on year comparison of data related to the labor market in the microregion and outline problems of the labor market arising not only from the economic crisis, and also to outline the proposals and recommendations that could contribute to improving the current state of the labor market in the microregion. The thesis is divided into six chapters, including introduction and conclusion. Theoretical context of the labor market are analyzed in the second chapter and move onto the general definition of the labor market functions in terms of labor demand, labor supply and their mutual balance. The third chapter analyzes the labor market in the microregion Krnov. It describes the general characteristics of microregion labor demand, labor supply and labor market problems outlined in the microregion. The fourth chapter contains employment policy in the region. It also analyzed the role of passive and active employment policy, with the active employment policy is given more space. The fifth chapter deals with proposals and recommendations which should help alleviate the problems of the microregion.
