| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této diplomové práce bylo stanovit hodnotu podniku a na jejím základě zhodnotit finanční situaci podniku a navrhnout několik opatření ke zlepšení. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na pět částí. První část práce je úvod. Ve druhé části jsou popsány teoretická východiska ke stanovení hodnoty podniku a finanční analýza. Třetí část je zaměřena na aplikaci vybraných metod v podniku. Čtvrtá část je věnována návrhům a doporučením. Poslední část je závěr, který shrnuje náplň celé diplomové práce. | cs |

The graduation thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction. The second part describes the theretical bases for determination of the value of the company and financial analysis. The third part is focused on the application of selected methods in company. The fourth part is devoted to suggestions and recommendations. The last part is a conclusion which summarizes the whole graduation thesis. | en |
