| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku zajištění pohledávek. Jejím cílem je komparace a analýza jednotlivých zajišťovacích nástrojů a následné vyhodnocení vybraných druhů. K vyhodnocení jsem zvolila bankovní záruku, faktoring a eskont směnky. Jelikož se nejvíce využívají mezi podnikateli. Na základě tohoto vyhodnocení bych doporučila podnikatelům využit faktoring. | cs |

It is aimed on comparison and analysis of the particular instruments and consequent evaluation of the selected samples. For the purpose of evaluation were selected the most common instruments as bank quarantee, factoring and discount credit.
