Analýza a návrh komplexního řešení CMS v organizaci

Abstract

Cílem práce byl návrh uceleného řešení Content Management System (CMS) a výběr vhodného softwarového produktu pro jeho podporu dle požadavků a potřeb malé organizace. První část je zaměřena na popis funkcí CMS v rámci správy podnikového obsahu (Enterprise Content Management), jsou zde uvedeny teoretické principy fungování CMS. Další část je věnována charakteristice dané organizace a analýze jejich jednotlivých potřeb z hlediska CMS. Na základě takto definovaných potřeb organizace bylo vybráno několik CMS systémů, které jsem následně podrobil vícekriteriální analýze. Na základě analýzy byl doporučen konkrétní systém a navrženo celkové řešení, včetně výčtu modulů vhodných k jeho rozšíření.

The aim of thesis was in proposal of comprehensive solution of Content Management System (CMS) and in selection of suitable software product for its support according to the requirements and needs of small organizations. The first part focuses on the description of the CMS functionality in enterprise content management. There are introduced the theoretical principles of the CMS. Another section is devoted to the characteristics of the organization and analysis of its individual needs in terms of CMS. There were selected several CMS systems based on these defined needs of the organization which I subsequently underwent multi-criteria analysis. There was recommended a specific system based on analysis and suggested a total solution, including a list of modules appropriate to its expansion.
