Trh práce v okrese Jeseník

Abstract

Diplomová práce s názvem Trh práce v okrese Jeseník má za cíl zjistit stav a vývoj trhu práce v České republice, obeznámit se s fungováním politiky zaměstnanosti v okrese Jeseník a navrhnout doporučení ke zlepšení situace na trhu práce.

Teoretická část vymezuje základní souvislosti nezaměstnanosti a její členění. Praktická část, pomocí strukturální analýzy a analýzy časových řad, definuje trh práce v České republice a v okrese Jeseník. Posuzujeme také vliv firmy Řetězárna a.s. na trh práce v okrese Jeseník. V závěru jsou navržena doporučení ke zlepšení situace na trhu práce v okrese Jeseník a také návrhy ke zlepšení postavení firmy Řetězárna a.s. na trhu práce.

The aim of my dissertation called: „The labour market in the region Jeseník“ is to find out state and development of the labour market in the CR, to get reader familiar with the employment´s policy in region Jeseník and to suggest a recommendation to improve the situation at the labour market.

Theorethical part defines basic facts of unemployment and its segmentation. Practical part defines the labour market in the Czech Republic and in the region Jeseník with help of the structural analysis and the time sequence analysis. We as well consider the influence of the company Řetězárna a.s. on the labour market in region Jeseník. At the end there are suggested possible solutions for improving the situation at the labour market in region Jeseník as well as suggestions to improve the position of Řetězárna a. s. company at the labour market.
