| dc.description.abstract | Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo zjistit spokojenost zákazníků, kteří navštěvují RIDERA SPORT, CDU SPORT A SBA SQUASH v Ostravě. Sportovní centra se nacházejí blízko sebe, jsou zaměřená na stejné sporty a nabízejí podobné spektrum služeb. V jednotlivých sportovních centrech jsem provedla marketingový výzkum a na základě zjištěných faktů jsem formulovala návrhy a doporučení ke zvýšení spokojenosti. | cs |
