Hodnocení úrovně výkonnosti podniku PARAMO, a.s. aplikací strategického systému BSC

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je hodnocení úrovně výkonnosti podniku Paramo, a. s. aplikací strategického systému Balanced Scorecard. Provést celou aplikaci BSC není možné vzhledem k rozsahu práce. Konstruován je návrh aplikace jako základ pro stanovení požadovaných cílů a hodnotících měřítek výkonnosti. První část diplomové práce představuje charakteristiku a teoretické vymezení předmětné problematiky. Nejprve se definuje a popisuje výkonnost podniku a poté se přechází k identifikaci metod, měřítek, analýz a postupů, které budou v této práci použity. Druhá část se vztahuje na aplikaci stanoveného postupu řešení pro podnik Paramo, a. s. Nejprve je charakterizována a blíže specifikována zkoumaná společnost Paramo, a poté je zde zhotovena strategická analýza vybrané společnosti zahrnující PEST analýzu, Porterovu analýzu pěti konkurenčních sil a SWOT analýzu. Diplomová práce dále pokračuje provedením finanční analýzy pomocí metody poměrových ukazatelů a nakonec je společnost Paramo, a. s. hodnocena metodou Balanced Scorecard. V třetí části této diplomové práce jsou posouzeny zjištěné výsledky, stanoveny konkrétní cíle, hodnotící měřítka a navržena určitá opatření ke zvýšení úrovně podnikové výkonnosti.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the level of business performance Paramo strategic applications of the Balanced Scorecard. Make a BSC application is not possible given the scope of work.
