Komparace fotbalových klubů z hlediska financování a organizační struktury

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo provézt komparaci dvou fotbalových klubů a to z hlediska finanční a organizační struktury. Bakalářská práce je strukturovaná do pěti kapitol, kde první kapitolu tvoří úvod a poslední kapitolou závěr. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní ekonomické pojmy, metody a techniky, které byly použity při získávání informací z obou fotbalových klubů. Kromě toho jsem se v teoretické části věnoval popsání organizační struktury sportovních klubů vyskytujících se v České republice. Závěr teoretické části patří možným finančním zdrojům, které mohou být využity ve sportovních klubech. Praktická část je orientována na vybrané fotbalové kluby. U každého klubu jsem provedl analýzu organizační struktury, kde popisuji jednotlivé pracovní náplně. Dále zde rozebírám konkrétní finanční zdroje obou oddílů. Analyzuji jejich příjmy a výdaje za pomoci finančních výkazů a usiluji o rozbor problematiky. V další kapitole jsem zhodnotil výsledky výzkumného šetření a snažil se navrhnout řešení.

The aim of this thesis was to perform a comparison of two football clubs in terms of financial and organizational structure. The thesis is structured into five chapters, the first chapter is an introduction and final chapter conclusion. In the theoretical part defines the basic economic concepts, methods and techniques that were used to obtain information from the two football clubs. In addition, I spent part of the theoretical description of the organizational structure of sports clubs present in the Czech Republic. Conclusion The theoretical part is the potential financial resources that can be used by sports clubs. The practical part is focused on selected football clubs. For each club, I analyzed the organizational structure and description of each job sports club. In addition, there are analyzed the specific financial resources of both divisions. Analyze their income and expenditure through the financial statements and seeks to analyze the problem. In the next chapter, I reviewed the results of my research and tried to propose solutions.
