Vývoj mezd zaměstnanců v ČR v letech 2007-2010

Abstract

Cílem mojí práce : ,,Vývoj mezd zaměstnanců v ČR v letech 2007 – 2010“ je sledovat jak se mzdy vyvíjely za toto období. Hodnocení vývoje mezd budu sledovat ze dvou pohledů a to z legislativního a ze statistického. V teoretické části se zabývám vysvětlením základních pojmů, které souvisí se mzdou a pracovněprávními vztahy. Ve třetí kapitole se věnuji způsobům účtování se zaměstnanci, s institucemi sociální zabezpečení a zdravotního pojištění a také účtuji o mzdových nákladech. Rovněž zde charakterizuji příjmy ze závislé činnosti a způsoby zdanění. V další části práce se věnuji praktické aplikaci. Nejdříve počítám příklady na výpočet čisté mzdy a následně je zaúčtuji. Výsledky čistých mezd porovnám a zkoumám jejich změny. Dále se věnuji vývoji průměrné nominální mzdy, nominálnímu a reálnému růstu mezd. Na závěr práce je popsán vývoj mezd podle věku, pohlaví a vzdělání příjemce mzdy.
