Abstract

Aplikace finanční analýzy v Q – ELEKTRIK a.s.

Finanční analýza se úspěšně uplatňuje ve finančním hodnocení podniků, a to jak v interním užití, tak pro užití externích uživatelů. S její pomocí je možné zhodnotit výkonnost a finanční situaci, což je velice důležité pro finanční rozhodování. V této bakalářské práci je charakterizována společnost Q – ELEKTRIK a.s., dále je zde uvedena podstata a metody finanční analýzy, z nichž některé jsou poté aplikovány v prostředí vybrané akciové společnosti v kapitole Zhodnocení finanční situace podniku. Konkrétně se jedná o poměrovou analýzu (rentability, likvidity, aktivity, zadluženosti a finanční stability) a horizontální a vertikální analýzu. V závěru práce je komplexně zhodnoceno finanční zdraví Q – ELEKTRIK a.s. a jsou zde také uvedena některá doporučení, která by vedla ke zlepšení nepříznivého vývoje v budoucnu.

Application of financial analysis in Q – ELEKTRIK a.s.

Financial analysis is successfully applied in the financial valuation of companies, bothin internal use and for use by external users. With its help it is possible to evaluate theperformance and financial situation, which is very important for financial decision. In this work is characterized by Q – ELEKTRIK a.s. there is also given the nature andmethods of financial analysis, some of which are then applied to the selected stock inthe environment charter of the assessment of their financial situation. Specifically, theratio analysis (profitability, liquidity, activity, debt and financial stability) and the horizontal and vertical analysis. The conclusion is fully assess the financial health of Q –ELEKTRIK a.s. and are also listed some recommendations that would improve the unfavorable developments in the future.
