Zhodnocení efektivnosti investic

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo provést analýzu a zhodnocení investice „nová linka pro opracování železničních kol“ společnosti BONATRANS GROUP a.s. V teoretické části se práce zabývá definicí a klasifikací investic, statickými a dynamickými metodami hodnocení projektů. V praktické části bylo provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení investice „nová linka pro opracování železničních kol“ společnosti BONATRANS GROUP a.s. Pro ekonomické posouzení investice byly použity metody: čistá současná hodnota, vnitřní výnosové procento, index ziskovosti a diskontovaná doba návratnosti.

The aim of this thesis was to analyze and evaluate investment 'new line for machining railway wheels ”of BONATRANS GROUP. In the theoretical part of the work deals with the definition and classification of its investments, static and dynamic methods of evaluation. The practical part of the economic evaluation of investment “for working on a new line of railway wheels” of BONATRANS GROUP. For economic assessment of the investment, the methods were used: Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Profitability Index and The Payback Period.
