Analýza a komparace managementu futsalových klubů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce byla zaměřena na analýzu a komparaci dvou futsalových klubů v sezóně 2009/2010. Zajímal jsem se o kluby Cigy Caga Jistebník a Futsal Slávii Havířov. CC Jistebník byl účastníkem první futsalové ligy. Futsal Slávia Havířov byl účastníkem druhé ligy skupiny východ. V úvodu byly sepsány teoretické pojmy k tématu, získané z odborné literatury. Při analýze managementů obou klubů jsem použil SWOT analýzy, které byly vytvořeny vždy s pomocí člena vedení klubu. Hospodaření obou klubů jsem srovnával od příjmů po náklady formou grafů. V grafech byly použity konkrétní hodnoty poskytnuté účetními listinami klubů. Výsledky šetření prokázaly existenční problémy obou klubů. Věřím, že mé návrhy a doporučení pomohou ke zlepšení sportovně ekonomické situace v obou sportovních klubech.

Bachelor's thesis was focused on analysis and comparison of two futsal clubs in season 2009/2010. I was interested in the clubs Cigy Caga Jistebnik and Futsal Slavia Havirov. CC Jistebník was participant in the first futsal league. Futsal Havirov Slavia was a participant in the Second Division Group East. In the introduction were written on the theoretical concepts, derived from literature. When analyzing the managements of both clubs, I used a SWOT analysis, which were always made with the help of a member of the club management. Management of both clubs. I compared to revenues after costs in the form of graphs. In The charts were used specific value of the accounting documents of clubs. Survey results showed the existential problems of both clubs. I believe that my proposals and recommendations to help improve the economic situation of sport in both sports clubs.
