Rozvoj a vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Má bakalářská práce nese název „Rozvoj a vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci”. Vybranou organizací byla bohumínská společnost BONATRANS GROUP, a.s., na kterou jsem aplikovala své nabyté znalosti z této oblasti. Bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V první části jsem popsala proces vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců z obecného hlediska, kde uvádím základní definice týkající se této oblasti. Dále jsem poukázala na systematičnost vzdělávání, vyjmenovala existující formy a metody, v neposlední řadě jsem se rovněž věnovala podpoře financování této oblasti z fondů Evropské Unie. Druhá část je věnována konkrétnímu příkladu procesu rozvoje a vzdělávání zaměstnanců. V krátkosti je popsána společnost BONATRANS GROUP, a.s., její historie, základní informace o produktech, zaměstnancích, referencích, apod. V této praktické části jsem dala do souvislosti poznatky z teorie a reálnou skutečnost. Situace ve společnosti byla analyzována především pomocí dotazníků, na jejichž základě byly zjištěny názory zaměstnanců a identifikovány případné mezery v této oblasti. Zaměřila jsem se na výuku cizích jazyků, která ve společnosti probíhá, protože jsem v ní shledala několik nedostatků. Na základě získaných informací jsem navrhla pět základních doporučení v oblasti výuky cizích jazyků, o nichž se domnívám, že by mohly vést ke zlepšení nynější situace ve společnosti v této oblasti. Mými návrhy jsou testování účastníků, kontrola absence na kurzech, velikost skupin a případná změna doby konání kurzů.

My bachelor thesis is named „ Employee Development and Education in the Selected Company”. The selected organization has been a Bohumín based company BONATRANS GROUP, a.s. where I have used my acquired knowledge related to the subject. The bachelor thesis comprises both theoretical and practical part. In the first part I describe the process of education and personal development of employees from the general perspective and I have included the basic definitions of this domain. Subsequently, I have pointed at necessity of systematic education, named the forms and methods of personal development and education of the employees and last but not least I’ve also addressed the financial support of this aspect from the European Union funds. The second part contains the concrete example of the process of personal development and education of employees. I have briefly introduced the company BONATRANS GROUP, a.s., its history, key product information, employees’ structure, references etc. In this practical section I’ve interconnected the theoretical findings and the reality. The situation in the company has been analyzed mainly through questionnaires. I have used the questionnaires to learn the views of the employees and to identify potential gaps in this area. I have focused on the existing foreign languages education because I have found there several insufficiencies. Based on the gathered information I have proposed five essential recommendations that I consider to be able to improve the situation as it is today in the company. My suggestions include tests for participants, control of attendance of lessons, magnitude of the learning groups and potential change in the time schedule of the lessons.
