Komparace rugbyových klubů z hlediska financování a organizační struktury

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat a srovnat dva rugbyové kluby z hlediska financování a organizační struktury. Zjistit jak tyto kluby fungují, odkud plynou jejich finanční příjmy a kam tyto prostředky směřují. Následné porovnání těchto aspektů mají poukázat na rozdíly obou klubů. V teoretické části práce jsem se zaměřil na vymezení základních pojmů, týkajících se dané problematiky. Mezi pojmy které jsem popsal, byly metody výzkumu, organizační struktury sportovních klubů v České republice a zdroje financování sportovních organizací. V praktické části práce, jsem se zabýval analýzou a komparací klubů. V této kapitole jsem uvedl základní informace o klubech, jejich historii a současnost, vedení a organizační struktury. Dále jsem identifikoval nejdůležitější finanční údaje o hospodaření klubů a tyto jsem následně využil při sestavení SWOT analýzy. Z údajů o hospodaření jsem vytvořil souhrn tabulek a grafů, které jsou použity při porovnání klubů z různých hledisek. V následující kapitole jsem zhodnotil výsledky výzkumného šetření a snažil se navrhnout nejvhodnější řešení zjištěných nedostatků.

The aim of this Thesis was to analyse and compare two different Rugby clubs in terms of funding and organizational structure. Find out how these clubs operate, where their income and financial resources come from and how are they used. Subsequent comparison of these aspects are intended to highlight the differences between both clubs. In the theoretical part I focused on the definition of basic concepts relating to the issue. Among the terms I have described were research methods, organizational structure of sports clubs in the Czech Republic and funding of sports organizations. In the practical part, I have dealt with the analysis and comparison of clubs. In this chapter, I introduced a basic overview of the clubs, their history, present management and organizational structure. Next, I defined an important information relating to the management of the clubs and this knowledge I have subsequently used in the preparation of a SWOT analysis. Using the clubs‘ financial and management data, I created overview tables and graphs, that compare both teams from different perspectives. In the next chapter, I summarised the results of my research and proposed suitable solutions to the identified deficiencies.
