Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na popis informačního systému podniku. Formuluje základní prvky a typy informačních systémů, popisuje zavádění informačního systému do podniku a dále i ERP systémy. V druhé části detailně popisuje společnost Technodat, CAE – systémy, s.r.o. představuje informační systém, který firma využívá. Pomocí dotazníků zjišťuje jednak spokojenost zaměstnanců, ale stejně tak i nedostatky a potřeby informačního systému. Z výsledných dotazníků je následně graficky popsána analýza údajů spolu s příslušným komentářem. Na základě výsledných informací byla provedena optimalizace stávající situace ve firmě.

Bachelor thesis focuses on enterprise information system description. It defines basic elements and types of information systems, it describes information system loading in the enterprise, as well as ERP systems. In the second part, Technodat Company, CAE systems, Ltd. are described in more detail. The information system used by the company is also introduced here. By means of questionnaires this study ascertains the employee satisfaction and the information system deficiencies as well. The data analysis from questionnaire results is consequently described graphically with related commentary. Based on resulting information, optimisation of current situation in company was accomplished.
