Zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti aplikací metod finanční analýzy

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza finanční situace společnosti ROMOTOP spol. s r.o. aplikací vybraných metod finanční analýzy v letech 2006-2010. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretickou část tvoří druhá kapitola, která je rozdělena do několika podkapitol, ve kterých je popsán předmět finanční analýzy, její zdroje a uživatelé. Převážná část této kapitoly je věnována metodám finanční analýzy, které byly použity pro posouzení finanční situace analyzované společnosti. Jedná se o horizontální a vertikální analýzu, poměrovou analýzu a analýzu odchylek. Třetí a čtvrtá kapitola tvoří část praktickou. Ve třetí kapitole je stručně popsaná analyzovaná společnost ROMOTOP spol. s r.o. Čtvrtá kapitola se pak věnuje aplikaci jednotlivých metod, které jsou uvedeny v druhé kapitole bakalářské práce. Výsledné hodnoty jsou uvedeny v tabulkách a graficky presentovány.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze financial situation of ROMOTOP company Ltd. The financial analysis has been undertaken in years 2006 – 2010. The bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts – theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is described in the second chapter, this chapter is divided into several subchapters. These subchapters are focused on selected methods of financial analysis, which have been used to analyze financial situation of ROMOTOP company Ltd. The methods, which have been used, are the horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio analysis and methods for quantification of influence indicators. Practical part is the content of the third and fourth chapter of this research. ROMOTOP company Ltd. is briefly described in the third chapter. Fourth chapter is focused on the application of the selected financial analysis methods, which are described in the second chapter of this bachelor thesis. Results of financial analysis are presented in tables and in the charts and commented.
