Zaměstnanecké benefity ve společnosti FitCraft Production, a.s.

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je popsat problematiku zaměstnaneckých benefitů, jejich charakteristiku a možná členění. Uvádím nejčastěji poskytované zaměstnanecké benefity a jejich trendy v České republice. Druhá část je zaměřena na daňové hledisko. Tato práce je založena na dotazníkovém šetření. Hlavním cílem je najít a vyhodnotit využití a spokojenost zaměstnanců se zaměstnaneckými benefity v konkrétní společnosti.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to describe the problems of the employee benefits, their characteristics and possible division. I introduce the employee benefits which are provided the most often and also their trends in the Czech Republic. The second part is focused on the tax perspective. This thesis is based on questionnaire survey. The main aim is to find and analyze the usage and satisfaction of the employees with their employee benefits in the specific company.
