Finanční analýza podniku

Abstract

Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit finanční situaci společnosti Partr s.r.o. v letech 2006 – 2009. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních části – seznámení s analyzovanou společností, teoretická a praktická část. V první části se věnuji charakteristice analyzované společnosti. Druhá část je zaměřena na teoretickou podstatu finanční analýzy, její historický vývoj, zdroje informací, její uživatele, přehled hlavních ukazatelů a predikčních modelů hodnocení finanční úrovně. Ve třetí, praktické části jsem se zaměřil na horizontální a vertikální analýzu účetních výkazů, výpočet jednotlivých ukazatelů finanční analýzy. To jsou ukazatelé rentability, aktivity, finanční stability a zadluženosti a likvidity. Finanční zdraví podniku jsem zhodnotil za pomoci dvou predikčních modelů.

The goal of this work wasto assess the financial situation of Partr Ltd. In years 2006 - 2009. The work is divided into three main parts - basic information analyzed by the theoretical and practical part. The first part deals with the characteristics of the analyzed company. The second part focuses on the theoretical nature of financial analysis, its historical background, sources of information, its users, an overview of key indicators and predictive models of evaluation of financial education. In the third, the practical part, I focused on the horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements, calculation of financial analysis. These are indicators of profitability, activity, financial stability and debt and liquidity. The financial health of the company I reviewed the help of two prediction models.
