Organizace a ekonomika krajských soudů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá organizací a ekonomikou krajských soudů v České republice. V úvodu práce je popsáno postavení soudů v systémů státních orgánů, druhy soudnictví a soudní soustava. Hlavní cíl si tato práce vytyčila v popisu vytvoření kompletní justiční soustavy, která vznikne vytvořením samostatným krajských soudů ve všech krajích ČR. Prostor je také věnován popisu reformy, kterou prochází česká justice. Teoretické poznatky jsou aplikovány na fungování a ekonomice Krajského soudu v Ostravě, kde je názorně představena územní působnost Krajského soudu v Ostravě a pobočky v Olomouci, je zde předvedeno hospodaření Krajského soudu v Ostravě v letech 2009 a 2010.

This baccalaureate work deals with the organization and economics of regional courts in the Czech Republic. In the beginning there is described a position of courts in system of state institutions, types of justice and judicial system.

Principal aim of this work is to describe a creation of the judicial system, which is formed by creating a separate county courts in all Regions. I also describe the reform that goes through Czech judiciary.

Theoretical knowledge is applied to the functioning of the economy of the Regional Court in Ostrava. Here is clearly presented the territorial scope of the Regional Court in Ostrava and the office in Olomouc. There is shown an economic management of regional court in Ostrava in years 2009 and 2010.
