Počátky podnikání

Abstract

Bakalářská práce má název „Počátky podnikání“ a je zaměřena na založení fiktivní společnosti s ručením omezeným. Společnost se bude nacházet v obci Hať a bude nabízet fitness služby. Hlavním předmětem a cílem této práce bylo najít tržní mezeru, zaplnit ji a pokusit se prosadit jako úspěšný podnikatel. Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní informace nutné k pochopení dané problematiky. V praktické části nalezneme konkrétní aplikaci do praxi a to díky příkladu založení společnosti s ručením omezeným Power Plate Studio 4U, s. r. o. v obci Hať.

Bachelor thesis entitled "Starting business“ and is aimed at establishing a fictitious company with limited liability. The company will be located in the village of Hať and will offer fitness facilities. The main object and purpose of this thesis was to find a market niche, fill it and try to assert itself as a successful entrepreneur. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the basic information necessary to understand the issue. The practical part will find particular application in practice due to the example of establishing a limited liability company, Power Plate Studio 4U Ltd in the village of Hať.
