Exekuční vymáhání peněžitých pohledávek

Abstract

Tato práce porovnává novelizovaný exekuční řád České republiky se stávajícím exekučním řádem. Řešeny jsou především peněžité pohledávky. Práce poskytuje přehled o novelách, které přispěly ke zdokonalení exekučního systému. Upozorňuje na možné nedostatky i na jejich řešení. Jsou zde definovány další připravované změny, které by Ministerstvo spravedlnosti chtělo uzákonit. Práce je uspořádána do pěti kapitol.

This thesis compares the amended executory regulations of the Czech Republic with the previous rules. The financial debts are especially discussed. The thesis provides an overview of the amendments which contributed to improve the executory system. The possible imperfections are signalized there as well as their methods of solution. The thesis defines other upcoming amendments which Ministry of Justice would like to legalize. It is structured into five chapters.
