Význam dotací v hospodaření obcí

Abstract

ABSTRAKT Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jak obec Červená Voda hospodaří s alokovanými zdroji v rámci dotační politiky státu a evropských fondů v období 2000 až 2010. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část přibližuje fungování obcí v ČR, principy jejich hospodaření a působnost. Současně jsou zde objasněny pojmy a činnosti vážící se k územnímu zřízení. Praktická část navazuje na teoretickou ve smyslu finanční analýzy dotačních příjmů obce za celé sledované období a nabízí srovnání s přijatými transfery dalších dvou vybraných obcí v průběhu tří let. Závěr práce se zabývá zhodnocením dotačních příjmů sledované obce doplněné doporučením pro tuto obec, srovnáním velikostí dotací s vybranými obcemi, a zmiňuje složitost pravidel pro poskytování dotací.

ANNOTATION The aim of my Bachelor´s work was to find out how does the municipality Červená Voda manage money within the grant policy of the state and the European funds in the period from 2000 to 2010. My work is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical one. The theoretical part approaches the work of municipalities in the Czech republic, principles of their management and activities. Also terms and activities connected with area management are explained here. The practical part follows the theoretical part in the meaning of the financial analysis of grant municipality incomes in the whole monitored period and it offers the comparison with the other two chosen municipalities in the period of three years. The end of my work is concerned with the appreciation of grants in the monitored municipality. I added my recommendations, a comparison of the amount of the grants and the rules for providing grants.
