České zemědělství v rámci Společné zemědělské politiky EU

Abstract

Společná zemědělská politika EU (SZP EU) je jednou z nejstarších a nejkontroverznějších společných politik EU, proto je jí i v současnosti věnována stále velká pozornost. České zemědělství se vstupem do EU stalo součástí SZP EU. Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat vývoj českého zemědělství před a po vstupu ČR do EU včetně nastínění možné budoucí podoby českého zemědělství. Práce je členěna do tří tématických kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá obecnými teoretickými východisky SZP EU, začleňováním nových členských států do SZP EU a charakteristikou agrárního sektoru EU. Druhá část této práce je již zaměřena na samotnou Českou republiku a vývoj jejího zemědělství před vstupem ČR do EU. Poslední kapitola je věnována problematice českého zemědělství po vstupu ČR do EU, značná této kapitoly popisuje aktuální téma a tím je budoucnost SZP, především pak její podoba po roce 2013.

The EU Common Agricultural Policy (CAP EU) is one of the most oldest and the most controversial EU´s common policies, that´s why it is now devoted to more attention. Czech agricultural has became part of the CAP EU with the accession to EU. The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to describe the development of Czech agriculture before and after joining the EU, including outlining the possible future of Czech agriculture. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with general theoretical basis of the CAP EU, integration of new member states into the CAP EU and characteristic of the agrarian sector of the EU. The second part is already aimed at the Czech Republic and the development of its agriculture before joining the EU. The last chapter is devoted to problems of Czech agriculture after accession to the EU, a considerable part of this chapter describes the current issue, and that is the future of the CAP, especially its appearance after year 2013.
