| dc.description.abstract | Moje bakalářská práce se zabývá vymáháním pohledávek prostřednictvím exekuce. Teoretická část se skládá z první a druhé kapitoly a charakterizuje základní pojmy z oblasti vymáhání pohledávek, kde popisuji především mimosoudní vymáhání pohledávek. Dále se v teoretické části zabývám exekučním procesem a osobou soukromého soudního exekutora a vymezuji hlavně základní pojmy z této oblasti. Třetí kapitola představuje praktickou část a je zaměřena na činnost soukromých soudních exekutorů a na jejich problematiku. Tato část také obsahuje statistické grafy exekucí a jejich příčin. Cílem práce je vymezení samotného exekučního řízení, charakteristika soukromých soudních exekutorů a problematika jejich činnosti. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | My bachelor thesis deals with the recovery of debts through execution. The theoretical part consists of the first and second chapters and describes the basis concepts of recovery, where I describe above-amicably recovery. Further more, the theoretical part deals with execution process and the person in private bailiff and identifies the basic terms of this field. The third chapter represents the practical part and focuses on the private activities of bailiffs and their issues. This chapter also contains statistical chartes of executions and their reasons. The aim of this work is definition of the execution proceedings, characteristics of private bailiffs and problems of their activities. | en |
