Analýza a zlepšování kvality výrobního procesu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a zlepšováním kvality výrobního procesu a byla zpracována ve výrobním podniku působícím v automobilovém průmyslu. Objektem této diplomové práce je výrobní proces konkrétního produktu, který měl ve sledovaném období vysoký výskyt neshodných produktů. Práce je rozdělena do šesti částí. V úvodu se nachází seznámení s problematikou a definování cíle. Následuje vymezení teoretických východisek, charakteristika podniku a metodika řešení, ve které je popsán použitý postup. Praktická část je vzhledem k povaze řešeného problému rozdělena do dvou částí. V závěru diplomové práce se nachází shrnutí provedených kroků a jejich výsledky. Nachází se zde také doporučení dalšího postupu.

This thesis is concerned with analyzing and improving the quality of the manufacturing process and was compiled in a manufacturing company operating in the automotive industry. The object of this thesis is the production process of a specific product, which was observed in the high incidence of non-conforming products. The thesis is divided into six parts. In the introduction, there is a familiarization with the issues and defining targets. Following is a definition of the theoretical background follows, as well as company characteristics, and solution methodology, which describes the used procedures. The practical part is, due to the character of the problem, divided into two parts. In conclusion, there is a summary of the steps and their results. There are also recommendations for further action.
