Analýza vývoje trhu práce v České republice v kontextu Lisabonské strategie

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza vývoje trhu práce v České republice v kontextu Lisabonské strategie. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. První kapitola je úvod, ve kterém je zahrnut cíl a struktura této práce. Ve druhé kapitole jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé cíle Lisabonské strategie včetně důvodu jejího vzniku. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na vývoj jednotlivých makroekonomických ukazatelů trhu práce, kterými byly míra zaměstnanosti, míra zaměstnanosti žen a starších osob. Také byla sledována míra celkové a regionální nezaměstnanosti, včetně růstu reálného HDP. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou tyto ukazatelé trhu práce komparovány v rámci zemí Visegrádské skupiny. Pátá kapitola je závěr, který obsahuje shrnutí celé diplomové práce.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the developments in the labor market in the Czech Republic in the context of the Lisbon Strategy. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction which includes the aim and structure of this work. The second chapter is characterized by specific objectives of the Lisbon strategy, including the reason for its creation. The third chapter focuses on the development of macroeconomic indicators, labor market, which has been the employment rate, employment rate of women and older people. Also, the overall rate was monitored and regional unemployment, including real GDP growth. In the fourth chapter, these labor market indicators are compares the Visegrad countries. The fifth chapter is a conclusion that summarizes the whole thesis.
