Posouzení existenčních a rozvojových možností konkrétní firmy

Abstract

Tématem mé diplomové práce je „Posouzení existenčních a rozvojových možností konkrétní firmy“.

Cílem diplomové práce je prověřit životaschopnost konkrétní firmy podle vybraných metod. Na základě aplikovaných metod určit silné stránky firmy a oblasti, ve kterých by mohlo nastat zlepšení a navrhnout firmě doporučení k dalšímu možnému rozvoji.

Diplomová práce je tvořena z šesti kapitol. První kapitolou je úvod. Druhá kapitola popisuje charakteristiku konkrétní firmy, která byla pro zpracování této práce zvolena. V rámci této části práce bude představena podnikatelská činnost dané firmy, její struktura, pracovníci, zákazníci, hospodářská situace či problémy.

Třetí kapitola je věnována metodologickým východiskům diplomové práce. Je v ní mimo jiné představena a podrobněji popsána stěžejní metoda EFQM, která byla zvolena pro řešení daného problému. Jako doplňující je využita metoda dotazníku a rozhovoru.

Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá samotnou aplikací metody EFQM v konkrétní firmě. Na základě analýzy jsou vyvozeny silné stránky a oblasti, ve kterých by mohlo nastat zlepšení.

Pátá kapitola je věnována návrhům a doporučením k existenčním a rozvojovým možnostem dané firmy. Šestou kapitolou je celkový závěr.

The topic of this thesis is “Assessment of Existential and Development Prospects of a Particular Firm”.

The aim of this thesis is to examine the viability of the particular firm by selected methods. Based on the applied methods there are identified strengths and areas of the firm, in which improvement could occur. There are also introduced recommendations for the further potential development of the firm.

The thesis consists of six chapters. The first chapter is an introduction. The second chapter describes the characteristics of the particular firm, which was chosen for elaboration of this thesis. In this part of the thesis there are introduced the business activities of the firm, its structure, personnel, customers, economic situation or its problems.

The third chapter is devoted to the methodological background of the thesis. It contains, inter alia, more detailed introduction and description in of the key EFQM method, which was chosen to solve the existing problem. As an additional method there are used questionnaires and interviews methods.

The fourth chapter discusses the application of the EFQM method in the particular firm. Based on the analysis there are drawn strengths and areas where improvement could occur.

The fifth chapter is devoted to suggestions and recommendations to the subsistence and development capabilities of the firm. The sixth chapter is an overall conclusion.
