dc.description.abstract | Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je zistiť postavenie Mediahostu na trhu webhostingových firiem v porovnaní s konkurenciou. Využila som konkurenčnú analýzu Porterovu analýzu piatich konkurenčných síl, SWOT analýzu a z dotazníkového šetrenia som získala cenné informácie o využívaní služieb na Internete, spokojnosti s firmou Mediahost a jej webovými stránkami. Z marketingového výskumu boli navrhnuté určité zlepšenia a odporúčania, aby sa firma stala konkurencieschopnejšou. | cs |
dc.description.abstract | The goal of this thesis is to find out the position of Mediahost in the webhosting market in comparison to competition. I used Porter’s analysis of five competitive forces, SWOT analysis and from questionnaire survey I gathered valuable information about Internet services utilization, satisfaction with Mediahost company and its web site. Certain improvements and recommendations from marketing research were suggested to make the company overall more able to compete. | en |
