Podnikatelský záměr a založení podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce na téma „Podnikatelský záměr a založení podniku“ si klade za cíl vypracovat návrh podnikatelského záměru pro rehabilitační centrum včetně vymezení administrativního založení podniku. Dílčím cílem je výběr vhodné právní formy podniku včetně postupných kroků vedoucích k založení nestátního zdravotnického zařízení. Fenoménem současnosti je zdravý životní styl a s ním spojený pohyb. Tělesná kultura se týká širokého spektra lidí, od aktivních sportovců, přes rekreační sportující až po pasivní konzumenty. Z hlediska společenského dění je sport svým postavením a funkcemi součástí společenského života. Sport se podílí na uspokojování základních lidských potřeb, soustřeďuje na sebe pozornost a zájem širokých vrstev obyvatelstva. Ve vývoji lidstva došlo k propojení sportu, životního stylu a rekonvalescence. Lidé se začali, ať už dobrovolně, či souhrou životních okolností zajímat o rehabilitace. Diplomová práce je strukturována do dvou stěžejních částí, teoretického vymezení problematiky podnikatelského záměru a založení podniku včetně jednotlivých metodik, a praktické aplikace, v níž budou využity vymezené metody a navržen podnikatelský záměr pro rehabilitační centrum včetně analýzy vhodné formy podnikání a kroků vedoucích k založení tohoto podniku. Na základě provedených analýz bylo potenciálním podnikateli doporučeno založení společnosti s ručením omezeným se základním kapitálem 370 000 a využití cizích zdrojů ve výši 400 000 Kč ze zvýhodněného úvěru START pro začínající podnikatele.

The diploma thesis on "Business Plan and Establishing the Enterprise" aims to develop a draft business plan for the rehabilitation centre, including the definition of the administrative establishment. A partial goal is to choose the appropriate legal form of business, including the successive steps leading to the establishment of private healthcare facilities. The nowadays phenomenon is a healthy lifestyle and the associated movement. Physical covers a wide spectrum of people, from active athletes, recreational sporting over to passive consumers. In terms of social life, sport is their position and function of parts of social life. Sport contributes to meeting basic human needs, focusing on the interest and attention of a broad population. In the evolution of humanity the combination of sport, lifestyle and convalescence. People started, either voluntarily or by the interplay of the living conditions of interest for rehabilitation. The thesis is divided into two main sections, this theoretical issue of the business plan and establishing a business and the different methodologies and practical applications, which will be used in the definition of methods and devise a business plan for the rehabilitation centre, including exercises are forms of business and the steps leading to the establishment of that enterprise. Based on the analysis of potential entrepreneurs were advised to establishing a limited liability company with registered capital of 370,000 and the use of foreign sources of 400 000 CZK START of a preferential loan for start-ups.
