Hospodaření města Hlučín

Abstract

Ve své bakalářské práci, která je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou, se zabývám hospodařením města Hlučín v letech 2006 – 2010. V teoretické části objasňuji postavení a úlohu obce, její působnost a orgány obce. Podrobněji se zaměřuji na rozpočet obcí a rozpočtovou skladbu. V praktické části se zabývám finanční analýzou hospodařením obce, a to členěním na jednotlivé třídy rozpočtové skladby. Tato část tvoří podstatu mé bakalářské práce.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the finance management in the town of Hlučín in the years 2006 – 2010. It is divided into two parts – a theoretical one and a practical one.

In the theoretical part, the position and the role of the municipality as well as its fields of activity and authorities are described and explained.

The practical part deals with the financial analysis of the municipal finance management in the form of division into individual parts of the budget structure. This part also forms the heart of the thesis.
