Analýza efektivnosti investičního projektu

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení efektivnosti investičního projektu – protihlukové stěny. Analýza investice byla provedena na základě použitých metod hodnocení investic. Byly použity metody nevýnosového charakteru pro posouzení nejlepších variant materiálů pro investiční projekt. Pomocí dynamických metod byla posouzena finanční efektivnost investice pro firmu. Z výsledků analýzy vyplývá, že byly vybrány nejlepší materiály, zatímco z finančního hlediska je investiční projekt neefektivní, ale přináší užitek v podobě sociálních a životních podmínek pro život a bydlení.

The object of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment project – the noise barrier. The investment analysis was performed based on the methods of investment evaluation. Methods not yield character were used to assess the best alternatives of materials for investment project. The financial efficiency was assessed for the company by dynamic methods. It appeal from the results that the best materials were selected, whereas the investment project is financially inefficient, but it brings benefits in terms of social and living conditions for life and living.
