Hospodaření zoologické zahrady

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hospodaření a činnost zoologické zahrady. Tato práce řeší problematiku hospodaření neziskových organizací nejen obecně, ale věnuje se i konkrétní neziskové organizaci, kterou je Zoologická zahrada Olomouc. Bakalářská práce se věnuje zhodnocení současného i minulého hospodaření této příspěvkové organizace, a to formou analýzy hospodaření v jednotlivých letech sledovaného období. Řeší problematiku vývoje nákladů a výnosů v letech 2006 – 2010 a věnuje se jejich podrobné analýze. Zabývá se také otázkou dosažených hospodářských výsledků a zjišťuje důvody, proč zoologická zahrada vykázala ve sledovaném období zisk nebo v opačném případě dosáhla ztráty. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena i na problematiku financování Zoologické zahrady Olomouc a rovněž zkoumá možnosti jejího efektivnějšího hospodaření.

This Bachelor thesis focuses on the management and activity of a zoo. It deals with the issues of business activity of a non-profit organization not only in general but also concentrates on the concrete non-profit organization of the Zoo Olomouc. It evaluates the present and past activity of this non-profit organization in the form of analysis its economics results in the monitored period. It deals with the problematic of the expenses and profit in 2006 – 2010 and analyses it in detail. It also deals with the issue of the economic results and finds out the reasons why the zoo made profit or loss. The Bachelor thesis also focuses on the finance problematic of the Zoo Olomouc and studies the possibilities of its more effective economy.
