| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce má za cíl zhodnotit postavení Nadačního fondu Albert vůči ostatním nadačním fondům obdobného typu.
První část práce představuje fungování neziskových organizací v České republice a jejich právní aspekty. Hlavní zaměření je zde na sektor soukromoprávních veřejně prospěšných neziskových organizací, především nadací a nadačních fondů.
Druhá část se věnuje hospodaření neziskových organizací. Hlavními body jsou finanční zdroje, fundraising, konkrétní hospodaření nadací a nadačních fondů, účetnictví a daně.
Třetí část práce je zaměřena na praktické srovnání fungování Nadačního fondu Albert a Nadačního fondu Tesco.
Závěr je souhrnem výsledků práce a případných doporučení. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis aims to assess the status of the Endowment Fund Albert with other endowment funds of similar type.
The first part presents the operation of NGOs in the Czech Republic and its legal aspects. The main focus here is on the private sector, public benefit non-profit organizations, particularly foundations and endowment funds.
The second part deals with the management of non-profit organizations. The main points are financial resources, fundraising, management concrete foundations and endowment funds, accounting and taxes.
The third part is focused on the practical functioning compared Foundation Endowment Fund, Albert and Tesco.
The conclusion is a summary of work done and any recommendations. | en |
