Analýza systému řízení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve výrobním podniku

Tématem této diplomové práce je Analýza systému řízení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve výrobním podniku. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu bezpečnosti a ochranu zdraví při práci ve firmě ZPT Vigantice spol. s r.o. Předmětem podnikání firmy je výzkum, vývoj, projektování, výroba, instalace a opravy, nákup a prodej elektrických stojů a elektronických zařízení, zdravotnických přístrojů a prostředků. Cílem práce je analýza systému řízení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve firmě ZPT Vigantice spol. s r.o. a následně navržení opatření, která by musela firma splnit, aby mohla žádat o certifikaci podle ČSN OHSAS 18001:2008 - Systémy managementu bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. OHSAS 18001 je mezinárodně uznávaná specifikace pro posuzování systému managementu bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Základním principem je identifikace všech rizik na pracovišti a jejich efektivní řízení tak, aby bylo minimalizováno a omezeno možné poškození zdraví pracovníků. Norma klade důraz na prevenci a předvídatelnost nebezpečných situací, které mohou nastat na pracovišti. Norma je sestavena tak, aby vyhovovala organizacím různých typů a velikostí. OHSAS navazuje strukturou na normy ČSN EN ISO 9001 a ČSN EN ISO 14001. Kapitola Teoretická východiska řízení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci se věnuje teoretickému vymezení normy OHSAS 18001 a jejím základním principům a přínosům pro firmu. Dále jsou v této kapitole popsány požadavky normy. Kapitola Charakteristika firmy popisuje firmu ZPT Vigantice spol. s r.o. V této kapitole jsou popsány základní údaje o firmě. Kapitola dále obsahuje politiku firmy. Kapitola Analýza systému bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci popisuje analýzu bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve firmě ZPT Vigantice. Kapitola Návrh opatření ke splnění nároků OHSAS 18001 obsahuje analýzu rizik prostřednictvím metody FMEA a metody JBM. V této kapitole je také popsán dosavadní systém hodnocení rizik ve firmě. Kapitola také obsahuje návrhy opatření, které by firma měla splnit, aby splnila požadavky certifikace podle OHSAS 18001.

Analysis of health and safety system management in the manufacturing company

Topic of this thesis is Analysis of health and safety system management in the manufacturing company. The thesis is focused on analysis of health and safety system management in company ZPT Vigantice spol. s r. o. Business of the company is research, development, planning, production, installation and revision, purchase and sale of electric machines and electronic equipment, medical equipment and devices. Aim of the thesis is analysis of the health and safety system management in company ZPT Vigantice spol. s r. o. and then suggesting measures which the company would have to adopt to be able to ask ČSN OHSAS 18001:2008 certification – health and safety system management. OHSAS 18001 is internationally accepted specification for assess health and safety system management. The basic principle is identification of all risk at workplace and their effective management to minimize and limit possible injury of workers’ health. The standard emphasises prevention and predictability of dangerous situations which can happen at the workplace. The standard is constructed to be suitable for companies of various types and sizes. Structure of OHSAS follows standard ČSN EN ISO 9001 and ČSN EN ISO 14001. The thesis is divided into four parts, introduction and conclusion. Chapter Theoretical starting-point of health and safety system management is devoted to theoretical definition of standard OHSAS 18001 and its principles and benefits for the company. There are also requirements of the standard described in this chapter. Chapter Characteristics of the company describes the company ZPT Vigantice spol. s r. o. There is basic information about the company described in the chapter. Next the chapter includes policy of the company. Chapter Analysis of health and safety system management describes analysis of occupational health and safety system management in company ZPT Vigantice. Chapter Suggestion measure to fulfil requirements of OHSAS 18001 includes risk analysis by method FMEA and by method JBM. A current rating system of risk in the company is described in this chapter too. The chapter also includes suggestions measures which the company would have to adopt to fulfil requirements of OHSAS 18001 certification.
