Mezipodnikové srovnání vybraných podniků

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, v jaké pozici se nachází firma SLEZSKÉ STAVBY OPAVA s.r.o. vůči svým konkurentům a na základě provedené analýzy finanční situace jednotlivých společností identifikovat ty oblasti, ve kterých se základní firma odchyluje od firem vybraných pro mezipodnikové srovnání. Ve druhé kapitole této práce jsou popsány vybrané metody mezipodnikového srovnání a finanční analýzy. V další kapitole je představena základní společnost SLEZSKÉ STAVBY OPAVA s.r.o. a další tři firmy vybrané pro srovnání s touto společností. Čtvrtá kapitola této práce je zaměřena na analýzu finanční situace vybraných firem. Jsou zde vypočteny vybrané poměrové ukazatele a také souhrnné modely hodnocení finanční situace. V páté kapitole je provedeno zhodnocení výsledků finanční analýzy vybraných společností vzhledem k firmě SLEZSKÉ STAVBY OPAVA s.r.o. a jsou zde formulovány návrhy na zlepšení slabých stránek základní společnosti.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the position of company SLEZSKÉ STAVBY OPAVA s.r.o. towards its competitors and based on the analysis of financial situation of individual companies to identify those areas in which the basic company deviates from the companies selected for intercompany comparison. In the second chapter are described selected methods of intercompany comparison and financial analysis. In the next chapter is introduced the basic company SLEZSKÉ STAVBY OPAVA s.r.o. and the other three companies selected for comparison with that company. The fourth chapter of this thesis is focused on the selected companies financial situation analysis. Here are selected ratios and aggregate models of rating of the financial situation calculated. In the fifth chapter is done the assessment of the results of financial analysis of selected companies appearance to the firm SLEZSKÉ STAVBY OPAVA s.r.o. and here are formulated the proposals to improve the weaknesses of the basic company.
