Analýza finančního hospodaření firmy

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu finančního hospodaření stavební firmy. Oblast financí patří k těm oblastem, které jsou v podniku neustále sledovány a měly by být efektivně řízeny. Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení finančního zdraví podniku pomocí vybraných metod finanční analýzy a účelově vytvořených soustav ukazatelů, identifikování silných a slabých míst podniku v této oblasti a doporučení dalších postupů do budoucna. První část práce je zaměřena na vymezení základních východisek finančního hospodaření a popis vybraných metod finanční analýzy. Další část této diplomové práce popisuje charakteristiku vybrané organizace a uplatněnou metodiku práce. Poslední část této práce je věnována konkrétní finanční analýze. Zahrnuje také vyhodnocení výsledků analýzy a v neposlední řadě konkrétní návrhy a doporučení pro další vývoj organizace.

This thesis is focused on Analysis of the Financial Management of the construction Firm. Finance is one of the areas which are in the company continually monitored and should be effectively managed. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate financial health of company using selected methods of financial analysis and purpose-designed system of indicators, identifying strengths and weaknesses of the company in this area and recommendations for further procedures in the future. The first part of the thesis is focused on defining the basic foundations of Financial Management and the description of selected methods of financial analysis. Another part of this thesis describes the characteristics of the selected organization and the applied methodology of work. The last part of this thesis is devoted to the specific financial analysis. It also includes evaluation of the results of the analysis and finally with concrete proposals and recommendations for further development of the organization.
