| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat determinanty hypotečních úvěrů. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na obecný přehled o hypotečním úvěru a charakteristiku trhu nemovitostí.
Praktická část zahrnuje analýzu determinantů pomocí programu SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). Byl stanoven model, který ukázal, jak jsou dané faktory schopny ovlivnit objem poskytovaných hypotečních úvěrů. | cs |
