Právní, účetní a daňové aspekty a analýza zdrojů financování občanského sdružení

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na teoretické aspekty občanského sdružení v oblasti práva, účetnictví a daní spolu s analýzou zdrojů financování. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy zdrojů financování zhodnotit, jakou částí se jednotlivé zdroje podílejí na celkovém financování činnosti konkrétního občanského sdružení a zjistit, zda jsou tyto zdroje vhodné k financování činnosti sdružení nejen v současné době, ale také do budoucnosti.

This thesis focuses on the theoretical aspects of civic associations active on legal field, on accounting and tax issues and finally, on analysis of relevant finance sources. The objective of this thesis is to analyse the relevant financing sources and based on these results, evaluate what portion of the overall finances individual sources represent in a particular civic association and finally, to determine whether these resources are suitable for financing of the relevant activities of the association, not only today but also for the future.
