Integrační seskupení ASEAN a efekty jeho spolupráce s EU

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá integračním seskupením ASEAN a efekty jeho spolupráce s EU. Cílem je na základě teoretických poznatků analyzovat vznik a vývoj integračního seskupení ASEAN, charakterizovat jeho vnější vztahy a zhodnotit ekonomickou spolupráci s důrazem na spolupráci s Evropskou unií. Práce vymezuje základní aspekty týkající se integrace, charakterizuje vznik a vývoj Sdružení národů jihovýchodní Asie – ASEAN, jeho cíle, zásady a institucionální strukturu. Dále se věnuje postupnému naplňování integračních tendencí ASEANu od 70. let 20. století po současnost. Důraz je kladen také na vnější vztahy ASEANu s vybranými státy asijsko-tichomořského regionu a charakteristika vztahů mezi EU a ASEAN. Přínosem je přiblížení dat týkajících se lidského rozvoje a obchodu ASEANu a vyzdvižení efektů plynoucích ze spolupráce ASEAN-EU.

This thesis deals with the integration grouping ASEAN and the effects of its cooperation with the EU. The goal is to analyze creation and development of ASEAN based on theoretical knowledge, to characterize its external relations and to evaluate the economic co-operation with an emphasis on cooperation with the European Union. It defines the basic aspects of integration, characterizes creation and development of AESAN, its objectives, policies and institutional structure. Furthermore, it dedicates fulfilling the progress in integration trends from the 70th of 20th century to the present. The emphasis is also placed on ASEAN´s external relations with selected countries of Asia-Pacific region and EU. The benefit is an approximation of data on human development and ASEAN trade and highlighting of effects arising from ASEAN-EU cooperation.
