Analýza nákupního procesu se zaměřením na hodnocení dodavatelů ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

Název diplomové práce je Analýza nákupního procesu se zaměřením na hodnocení dodavatelů ve výrobním podniku. Cílem diplomové práce je na základě identifikace nedostatků dosavadní metodiky hodnocení dodavatelů vypracovat návrhy na zlepšení současného systému hodnocení dodavatelů a vytvořit podmínky pro hodnocení v elektronické podobě. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na čtyři kapitoly, úvod a závěr. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky k danému tématu práce. Jsou zde objasněny činnosti související s nákupním procesem se zaměřením na výběr a hodnocení dodavatelů. Následující kapitoly tvoří praktickou část diplomové práce. V třetí kapitole je charakterizována společnost Miroslav Chuděj, s. r. o., její počátky vzniku, výrobní proces a produktové řady společnosti. Čtvrtá kapitola je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je věnována analýze nákupního procesu společnosti. Druhá část kapitoly je zaměřena na analýzu současného systému výběru a hodnocení dodavatelů, na stanovená kritéria a jejich vypovídací hodnotu. V páté kapitole jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení dosavadního systému hodnocení dodavatelů. Společnosti byla navržena úprava stávajících kritérií a zavedení kritérií nových. Ke každému kritériu byla navržena podkritéria pro dosažení vyšší vypovídací hodnoty z hodnocení. Byl navrhnut výstižnější slovní popis jednotlivých kritérií. K jednotlivým kritériím byly přiřazeny váhy důležitosti. Společnosti bylo také navrženo zavedení pěti skupin, do kterých budou dodavatelé zařazováni v rámci získaných bodů z hodnocení. Pro zjednodušení procesu hodnocení dodavatelů byl společnosti navržen systém hodnocení dodavatelů v programu Microsoft Excel. Formulář pro hodnocení dodavatelů je vytvořen tak, aby jeho vyplnění bylo pro hodnotitele snadné a rychlé. Díky snadné aplikaci hodnocení v programu Microsoft Excel bylo společnosti navrhnuto uskutečňovat hodnocení dodavatelů častěji, například dvakrát ročně. Pro snížení času potřebného pro oznamování výsledků z hodnocení dodavatelům byly společnosti navrženy šablony dopisů, které může zasílat dodavatelům dle příslušných skupin.

The name of the thesis is to Analysis of the purchasing process in the manufacturing company with focus on assessment of suppliers The aim of thesis is, on the basis of the identification of the shortcomings of the existing methodology for the evaluation of suppliers, to develop proposals for improving the current system of assessment of suppliers and create the conditions for evaluation in electronic form. The thesis is divided into four chapters , introduction and conclusion. The second chapter focuses on the theoretical knowledge. There are explained the activities related to the purchase process with a focus on the selection and evaluation of suppliers. The following chapters is a practical part of the thesis. In the third chapter is characterized by the company Miroslav Chuděj, s. r. o., the beginnings of the genesis, production process and product line of the company. The fourth chapter is divided into two parts. The first part is devoted to the analysis of the purchasing process of the company. The second part of the chapter is focused on the analysis of the current system of selection and evaluation of suppliers, on the criteria and their explanatory value. In the fifth chapter are listed proposals for the improvement of the current system of evaluation of suppliers. Proposed modification of the existing criteria and the introduction of new criteria. For each criterion was designed sub criterion to achieve higher explanatory value of evaluation. Was suggested a more concise description of individual criteria. The individual criteria were assigned weights of importance. It was proposed implementation of the five groups. These groups will be classifying contractors according to the points gained from the evaluation. To simplify the process of evaluation of the suppliers of the company was designed system of evaluation of vendors in Microsoft Excel. Form for evaluation of suppliers is created so that its completion was for the evaluator, fast and easy. The Company may conduct more frequent evaluation of suppliers, for example, twice a year. For a reduction in the time required for the reporting of the results of the evaluation of the company's suppliers were designed template letters that can be sent to suppliers according to the relevant groups.
