Analýza přepravy nadměrných nákladů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu přepravy nadměrných nákladů ve společnosti HMMC. Cílem této práce bylo zanalyzovat realizovanou přepravu nadměrného nákladu, vytvořit nové modelové situace přepravy nadměrného nákladu, zvážit jejich možnosti a následně posoudit správnost realizované přepravy. Cílem vytvoření nových modelových situací přepravy nadměrného nákladu je možnost úspory finančních prostředků společnosti HMMC při budoucí realizaci nadměrného nákladu. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do pěti stěžejních kapitol. První kapitolou je úvod, ve kterém jsme seznámeni s obecně známými komplikacemi při přepravě nadměrných nákladů, které jsou známé z médií, a s cíly diplomové práce. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na představení společnosti HMMC, která se zabývá výrobou osobních automobilů. Třetí kapitola obsahuje vybraná teoretická východiska přepravy nadměrného nákladu. Čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje analýzy současného stavu dovozu technologií a dílů do společnosti HMMC. Pokusili jsme se navrhnout nové varianty přepravy, které by měly přinést podniku úspory z hlediska zkvalitnění služeb, nákladů na přepravu a času potřebného pro její realizaci. V závěru této kapitoly jsme specifikovali jednotlivé návrhy na zlepšení. V poslední kapitole došlo ke shrnutí celé diplomové práce, včetně cílů práce, a vyzdvihnutí výsledků, ke kterým jsme dospěli a které by pro společnost HMMC mohly mít do budoucna velký význam.

The thesis focuses on the analysis of the transportation of excessive loads in HMMC. The objective of this thesis was to analyze the realized excess cargo transportation, create a new transport model situations of excessive load, consider their options and then assess the accuracy of the realized transport.The aim of the creation of new model situations of transportation of excessive loads is the possibility of saving money HMMC in the future implementation of the excessive load. The thesis is divided into five key chapters. The first chapter is an introduction in which we are familiar with the well-known complications in the transport of oversize loads, which are known from the media, and the aims of the thesis. In the second chapter we focus on performance HMMC. HMMC engaged in the manufacture of cars. The third chapter contains selected theoretical resource to the transportation of excessive cargo. The fourth chapter contains the analysis of the current state of import of technology and parts to HMMC. We have tried to propose new transportation options, which should bring savings in terms of business improvement services, transport costs and time required for its implementation. At the end of this chapter, we specify the various proposals for improvement.In the last chapter there is a resumé of the whole thesis and emphasis, including those working. of the results we arrived at that might be of importance for AB / that might be important for AB. In the last chapter was to underline the results, which we have reached and which would HMMC could have great significance for the future.
