Konkurenceschopnost vybrané firmy

Abstract

Diplomová práce s názvem Konkurenceschopnost vybrané firmy se zabývá problematikou konkurenceschopnosti podniku. Cílem práce je zjištění konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku a následné doporučení ke zlepšení a upevnění pozice na regionálním trhu. Pokud znají podniky dobře své konkurenční síly, umějí pak správně zareagovat v daném tržním prostředí. První část je věnována teoretickým východiskům konkurence a konkurenceschopnosti. Na ty navazují jednotlivé modely a analýzy, které napomáhají k bližšímu určení konkurenčních sil podniku. V druhé kapitole je blíže charakterizován hodnocený podnik ELPOS JOSEF TKADLEC, spol. s r.o. a jeho hlavní činnost. V poslední části jsou aplikovány teoretické poznatky do praxe a to prostřednictvím nástrojů interní a externí analýzy. Na základě výsledků bylo firmě doporučeno především zaměření se na zlepšení e-shopu (anketa), dále zapojení se do poptávkových systémů a také tvorba nového softwaru.

The dissertation entitled The Competitiveness of Selected Company deals with problem about the competitiveness of the establishment. The main target of this work is finding the competitiveness of selected company and subsequent recommending how to improve and strenghten the position in the regional market. In the case the companies are well-informed about their competing powers, they should have a correct response in a given market environment. The first part belongs to the theoretical backgrounds of competition and competitiveness, which are related to each models and analyzes that helps to specify the competing power of business. At the second part is described a rated company ELPOS JOSEF TKADLEC, Inc. and its major activity. In the last section are applicated theoretical knowledges in the practice. These knowledges are using by tools of internal and external analyzis. The mentioned company received a recommendation based on the results. The recommendation included primarily focus on better using of their e-shop (questionnaire), they should also involve their demand system and surely they should create a new software.
