Priame zahraničné investície v Českej republike a na Slovensku

Abstract

Predmetom diplomovej práce ,,Priame zahraničné investície v Českej republike a na Slovensku,, je zhodnotenie z kvantitatívneho a kvalitatívneho hľadiska zahraničné investície v Českej a Slovenskej republike. Čiastočne sa potom zameriava porovnaním investičných stimulov poskytovaných na území Českej a Slovenskej republiky. Práca je rozdelená do piatich samostatných kapitol vrátane úvodu a záveru. Úvodná teoretická kapitola sa zameriava teoretickými východiskami PZI, čiže ich definíciu, taxonómiu a životným cyklom. Súčasťou druhej kapitoly sú aj dopady z hľadiska vplyvu na domácu krajinu. Tretia kapitola je venovaná investičným stimulom a vývoji PZI v ČR a na Slovensku. Štvrtá kapitola sa zameriava na samotnú kvalitatívnu a kvantitatívnu komparáciu PZI v českej a slovenskej ekonomike. Na začiatku tejto kapitoly sú rámcovo rozobraté podmienky pre vstup investícií na územie ČR a SR. Nakoniec je popísaný samotný vývoj PZI a čistej investičnej pozície, vývoj teritoriálnej a odvetvovej štruktúry PZI a sú načrtnuté možné riziká plynúce zo vstupu PZI na územie hostiteľskej krajiny a pozitívne vplyvy PZI na českú a slovenskú ekonomiku.

The goal of the submitted thesis ,,Foreign Direct Investment in the Czech Republic and Slovakia,, the evaluation of quantitative and qualitative terms, foreign investment in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In part, the focus then comparing investment incentives provided in the Czech and Slovak Republic. The work is divided into five separate chapters, including introduction and conclusion. Introductory theoretical chapter focuses theoretical basis of FDI, that is their definition, taxonomy and life cycle. The other chapters are also implications for both the home country. The third chapter is devoted to investment incentives and the development of FDI in the CR and Slovakia. The fourth chapter focuses on a very qualitative and quantitative comparison of FDI in the Czech and the Slovak economy. At the beginning of this chapter are discussed in general terms the conditions for entry of investments into the Republic and Slovakia. Finally, it describes the actual evolution of FDI and net international investment position, territorial development and sectoral structure of FDI and outlines the possible risks arising from the entry of FDI into the host country and the positive effects of FDI in the Czech and the Slovak economy.
