Finanční analýza vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Současná doba vyžaduje perfektní znalost finanční situace podniku. Jen uspokojivé finanční zdraví je znakem prosperity a pozitivní budoucnosti. Cílem této práce je přiblížit a provést finanční analýzu vybrané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou tematických okruhů. V teoretické části je definována podstata finanční analýzy, kdo je uživatelem finanční analýzy, jaké informace jsou pro zpracování finanční analýzy důležité a základní metody a techniky finanční analýzy. V praktické části je charakterizován vybraný podnik, je zde přiblížena jeho historie a organizační struktura společnosti. Následně je provedena samotná finanční analýza se zaměřením na horizontální a vertikální analýzu, analýzu poměrových ukazatelů a analýzu soustav ukazatelů. Výsledky získané z finanční analýzy jsou vyhodnoceny a poté jsou podány návrhy a doporučení k řešení problémů. The present time requires perfect knowledge of financial situation of company. Only a satisfactory financial health is a sign of prosperity and a positive future. The aim of this thesis is to present and perform financial analysis of the selected company. The work is divided into two thematic areas. The theoretical part is defined by the nature of financial analysis, who is a user of financial analysis, what informations are important to process financial analysis and the basic methods and techniques of financial analysis. In the practical part is characterized the selected firm, there is a closer approach of its history and organizational structure. Subsequently is applied the financial analysis with a focus on horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of financial ratios and analysis of systems indicators. Results obtained from the financial analysis are evaluated and then are made proposals and recommendations to solve problems. To the processing of the thesis and the application of financial analysis, I chose the company Czech Post.
