Implementace metody 5S ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Jako téma diplomové práce jsem si zvolila Implementaci metody 5S ve vybraném podniku. Zvolila jsem si ho, protože je v současné době součástí téměř každého podniku, aby byl efektivnější a udržel si konkurenceschopnost na trhu. Cílem mé práce je zjištění, jak metoda 5S ovlivní chod podniku, jaké změny přinese a jaké náklady podnik ušetří. Dále jsem se zabývala pohledem zaměstnanců na danou metodu. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na popis štíhlé výroby a především její základní metody, kterou je 5S. Dělení metody 5S na její jednotlivé kroky a odůvodnění, proč je výhodné ji zavést v podniku. V praktické části jsem se zaměřila na zavedení metody 5S v konkrétní společnosti, analyzování interních dokumentů, jaké změny podniku přinesla, jaké náklady podnik ušetřil a analyzování pohledu zaměstnanců na danou problematiku. Výsledkem práce je navržení změn, kterými by podnik mohl ještě více zefektivnit svou výrobu, ušetřit náklady i na zatím nezmapovaných místech a jak zlepšit stávající pracovní podmínky.

As a thesis topic I chose Implementation of 5S Technique in Selected Company. I chose it because it is currently part of almost every business to be more efficient and maintain competitiveness in the market. The aim of my work is to determine how the 5S method affects the firm, what changes brings the firm, and what business costs will be saved. Then I dealt with how employees looking at the method. In the theoretical part, I focused on the description of lean manufacturing and its basic part – method 5S. Division of 5S method to its individual steps and found the reasons, why it is advantageous to implement into the company. In the practical part I focused on the implementation of 5S technique into the organization, analyzing internal documents, which changes brought into the business, what business costs were saved and analyzing employees' perspective on the issue. The result of this thesis is to suggest changes, which the company could do to increase the efficiency of its production, save costs of uncharted places and how to improve existing working conditions.
