Zaměstnávání cizinců v České republice

Abstract

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je zaměstnávání cizinců v České Republice. Práce je rozdělena na zaměstnávání osob z jiných členských zemí Evropské unie a zaměstnávání osob z nečlenských zemí, kdy jsou popsány podmínky pro zaměstnávání a s tím související podmínky pro pobyt těchto osob na území ČR. Cílem této práce je tedy určit zásadní rozdíly v zaměstnávání osob z EU a osob ze zemí mimo EU. Proto si myslím, že může poskytnout základní informace jak pro zaměstnavatele z ČR, tak pro uchazeče o zaměstnání v ČR.

The topic of my bachelor thesis is employing the foreigners in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two parts – employing the persons out of the countries being the members of European Union and countries not being the members of European Union and described conditions connected to these persons stay in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to define the fundamental differences in employing the persons from the countries of EU and out of EU. This thesis can serve with the basic information for the employers in the Czech Republic as well as for the persons seeking for job in the CR.
